Connect to your SFTP server from known, static IP addresses
EasyFTP uses state of the art technology to provide a resilient and scalable service. As a result, connections to your FTP or SFTP server will originate from an ever changing list of IP addresses. For servers that require our connections originate from known IP addresses, we offer the option of routing connections through two static IP addresses. (Static IP addresses are only supported for SFTP connections at the moment.)
Use the steps below to configure your SFTP connection to use our static IP addresses.
34.238.108.61
and 34.239.17.55
EasyFTP offers a limited number of free transfers for evaluating the service, and those transfers are allowed to use static IP addresses. When purchasing a paid plan, Business Plans and above support static IP addresses. The Project Plan does not allow transfers to use static IP addresses.
EasyFTP is capable of connecting to FTP and FTPS servers using our pair of static IP addresses. However, a manual configuration change is required on the backend. As a result, we do not allow users to enable static IP usage for those connections as described above. If you need to connect to an FTP or FTPS server from static IP addresses, please contact us at support@easyftp.io.
